In this role you will serve as a trusted expert on structural heart therapies, partnering with physicians and hospital teams to support clinical outcomes while driving sustainable growth. You will operate at the intersection of sales, science, and patient care, contributing to a fast‑growing cardiovascular field. The position combines commercial responsibilities with a strong clinical and educational focus, offering meaningful patient impact and cross‑functional collaboration. You will shape pre‑ and post‑procedural support, training, and stakeholder communication to enable successful outcomes.
Responsibilities

Drive sales performance by meeting targets and supporting revenue goals
Build and sustain relationships with interventional cardiologists, echocardiographers, and referring physicians
Develop the territory through market potential analysis, opportunity tracking, and progress reporting
Provide on‑site clinical and technical support during structural heart procedures




Deliver field‑based training and education to physicians and hospital staff
Coordinate with sales, clinical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless support
Facilitate communication across hospital stakeholders for procedure planning and outcomes
Present structural heart technologies and clinical data to referral physicians
Monitor competitive activity and capture insights on customer needs and opportunities
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in medical devices or equivalent xysqume education/experience
Proven track record in sales performance and target achievement
Strong clinical mindset to support physicians in procedural environments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong planning, prioritization, and territory management abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams
Proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
High ethical standards, customer focus, and results‑driven attitude
