Experteer Overview

In this role, you partner with sales to translate customer needs into technical solutions and business value. You will deliver demos, RFP/RFI responses, and technical workshops, influencing decisions through architecture guidance. You collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to improve Informatica-focused use cases and messaging. Your work helps customers adopt data-driven AI solutions while showcasing robust, responsible, and relevant technology. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role with visible impact across sales cycles and customer outcomes.

- Lead end‑to‑end activities for customer demos, including discovery, qualification, and presentations
- Respond to RFI/RFP documents and support customer engagements independently
- Collaborate with Data Foundations, Core teams, Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to refine product positioning
- Share best practices and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge in your areas of responsibility




- Stay certified in services relevant to your roles and support adoption through technical advisory and workshops
- Provide feedback on product direction and assist with executive‑level events and demos

Responsabilità
- Bachelors in Computer Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting experience
- Strong communication skills for presentations and storytelling xysqume with GTM use cases
- Experience building relationships with influencers, coaches, decision makers, and partners
- Ability to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours
- Experience in data integration, master data management, data governance (preferred)
- Cloud data tools knowledge (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure) (preferred)
- Basic cloud security knowledge (desirable)
- English and Italian language skills
