Deal provides services that range from conceptual and detailed design of pre-fabrication and erection systems, to the design and supply of specialised equipment such as launching trusses, straddle carriers, gantry cranes, casting machines as well as other custom lifting, moving and casting devices. /ppWebsite /ph3About the Role /h3pTo provide technical guidance for the installation, commissioning, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of specialized machinery and equipment used in civil construction projects, ensuring reliable equipment performance and effective customer support throughout the equipment lifecycle. The role acts as a technical link between the Engineering home office, customers, project teams, and site personnel, supporting the successful deployment and operation of equipment at construction sites and contributing to the continuous improvement of products and field service activities. /ph3Responsibilities /h3h3Equipment Installation and Commissioning /h3ulliContribute to the installation, assembly, testing, and commissioning of machinery and specialized equipment at customer and project sites. /liliPerform functional checks and verify the correct operation of mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and control systems. /liliAssist with equipment start-up and ensure that machinery is properly configured and ready for operation. /liliSupport the integration and testing of equipment control and monitoring systems. /liliIdentify and resolve technical issues arising during installation and commissioning. /li /ulh3After-Sales Technical Support /h3ulliProvide technical assistance to customers and site teams during equipment operation. /liliDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and control-system issues.
/liliProvide remote and on-site technical support to minimize equipment downtime. /liliAnalyse equipment failures and identify the root causes of technical problems. /liliRecommend and implement corrective actions and repairs. /liliSupport warranty-related technical investigations and interventions. /li /ulh3Site Operations Support /h3ulliProvide hands-on technical support during the operation of Company equipment on civil construction and infrastructure projects. /liliAssist site personnel in the safe and correct use of machinery and equipment. /liliMonitor equipment performance and identify potential technical problems before they lead to failures or downtime. /liliSupport equipment maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and repairs. /liliAssist in the management of spare parts and technical materials required for field interventions. /liliWork closely with project and site teams to ensure equipment availability and operational continuity. /li /ulh3Customer Training /h3ulliSupport the training of customers and operators on the correct use, operation, and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment. /liliPrepare and deliver practical demonstrations and technical instructions. /liliEnsure that operators understand equipment operating procedures and relevant safety requirements. /li /ulh3Technical Documentation and Reporting /h3ulliPrepare commissioning reports, service reports, intervention reports, and technical documentation. /liliRecord technical issues, equipment failures, corrective actions, and maintenance activities. /liliProvide feedback to Engineering and Product Development teams regarding recurring technical issues and opportunities for improvement.
/liliMaintain accurate records of equipment performance and field interventions. /li /ulh3Continuous Improvement /h3ulliContribute to the identification of recurring technical issues and propose improvements to equipment design, reliability, and maintainability. /liliProvide practical feedback from construction sites to Engineering, Production, and After Sales teams. /liliSupport the development and improvement of maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation. /liliContribute to lessons-learned activities following commissioning and field operations. /li /ulh3Health, Safety and Compliance /h3ulliPerform all activities in compliance with Company HSE policies, customer requirements, and applicable site safety regulations. /liliEnsure that equipment is operated, tested, and maintained in accordance with relevant technical and safety requirements. /liliImmediately report unsafe conditions, equipment defects, or operational risks. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliAt least 8-10 years of work experience /liliTechnical high school diploma or engineering degree (core knowledge: Mechatronics) /liliTechnical expertise in machinery and equipment, preferably used in civil construction /liliStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliGood English knowledge /liliKnowledge of HSE regulations and compliance /li /ulpPosition report to the head of engineering. Activities are mainly performed at our offices in Cargnacco (Udine), with regular site missions at world wide level. /ph3Pay range and compensation package /h3pAnnual base salary from 45,000€ to 55,000€ based on experience and qualifications.
