/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liKnowledge of foundry process, and in particular gravity die casting, will be considered a preferred qualification; /li liDegree in Engineering; /li liPrevious experience as production supervisor in complex industrial context (6-10 years); /li liPrevious experience as a supervisor in foundry plants will be considered a preferred qualification; /li liEnglish knowledge (minimum B2 level); /li liKnowledge of excel, powerpoint; /li liA proactive and motivated leader with strong problem‑solving skills; /li liEffective communicator with the ability to coach and engage teams; /li liCommitted to continuous improvement; /li liComfortable working in fast‑paced and complex industrial environments. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ul liSalary range: from 36 K€ to 41 K€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /li liCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
