And while we are a truly global organization, we remain deeply rooted in the communities in which we operate and where our colleagues live and work. /p pWith industrial operations in nearly 30 countries, Stellantis could consistently exceed the evolving needs and expectations of consumers in more than 130 markets, while creating superior value for all stakeholders. /p h3Job Overview /h3 pThe Parts Commercial Logistics Manager's responsibilities typically combine aftermarket spare-parts operations, logistics, inventory management, and commercial performance. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 pThe responsibilities of the Parts Commercial Logistics Manager include but are not limited to the following: /p h3Inventory Stock Optimization (focus on Rivalta, Bochum, Vesoul) /h3 ul liMonitor inventory levels and service rates. /li liPrevent stock shortages and excess inventory. /li liAnalyze demand forecasts and implement replenishment strategies. /li liImprove inventory turnover and reduce obsolete stock. /li /ul h3Commercial Performance Management /h3 ul liTrack sales, margins, profitability, and product mix.
/li liSupport commercial targets for spare-parts business. /li liAnalyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities. /li liDevelop actions to increase sales and customer satisfaction. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Coordination /h3 ul liCollaborate with sales, purchasing and supply chain teams. /li liSupport Distrigo distributors and dealers and aftermarket networks. /li liAlign logistics operations with commercial objectives. /li /ul h3KPI Reporting /h3 ul liMonitor KPIs such as parts availability, fill rate, on-time delivery, inventory turnover, logistics cost, sales performance, and gross margins. /li liPrepare reports and dashboards for management. /li /ul h3Your Qualifications, Skills Experience /h3 ul li8 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics Management /li liMaster's degree in Engineering or in a relevant field /li liInventory Planning /li liCommercial and Financial Analysis /li liAdvanced Excel and Power BI /li liKPI Reporting /li liNegotiation and Stakeholder Management /li liProject Management /li liAutomotive Aftermarket Knowledge /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 ul liSalary range: from 52000 € to 65000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /li liCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
