We are looking for passionate technical talents who will support the installation, start-up and operation of modern and highly automated production systems during the launch of a new manufacturing site. Position Snapshot

- Permanent and full-time role

- University Degree in Engineering

- Manufacturing projects management: at least 3 years of experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry

- Fluency in English is required. Italian knowledge would be a plus.

- Compensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, 2° Level, Gross Annual Base Salary €48.000,00.

Position Summary

Ensure implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, following the project brief, design specifications and Nestlé standards.

Responsibilities

-

- Take site constraints into account in the project definition and design

- Fulfill engineering project concept

- Organize project execution

- Mobilize resources (internal & external)

- Ensure the coordination with plant design

- Select and qualify contractors

- Coordinate contractors’ activities

- Ensure Nestlé standards are applied





- Help the Vertical Project Manager to review the Vertical Project brief

- Promote development of environment-friendly and sustainable solutions
