As a Track Performance Engineer, you will join the Vehicle Dynamics & Performance Dept. at Dallara Automobili, a company within the Dallara Group specializing in design, pre‑series production, and testing of products for the three business units: Racing, Automotive, and Aerospace.

Within the team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing car’s performance for Dallara's internal or client projects. Specifically, you will handle:

- Data analysis before, during, and after track events (tests or official events)

- Managing driving simulator sessions

- Optimizing vertical dynamics on the 7‑post rig

In this position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various company areas, including Design & Research, Aerodynamics and Electrics & Electronics. You will join a young and dynamic environment where you can participate in highly challenging projects in the automotive and racing sectors.

What We Are Looking For

-





- Master's degree in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, or similar;

- 2‑4 years of experience in similar roles in the automotive and/or motorsport sectors;

- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Motec, PI Toolbox, Windarab);

- Good knowledge of Matlab or Python;

- Good knowledge of English (minimum level B2);

- Good knowledge of sensor systems and datalogging;

- Preferred knowledge of multibody software (e.g., Dymola, Adams/Car, Simpack);

- High motivation and commitment with xysqume an innovative mindset;

- Initiative, professionalism, and strong teamwork skills;

- Positive and optimistic attitude;

- Passion for motorsport and automotive;

- Flexibility to travel frequently abroad when required;

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
