The company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide after-sales technical support for Smart Home and Smart Building automation solutions, working closely with partners, installers, distributors, and customers across the Italian market. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide technical support and remote diagnostics to resellers, distributors, installers, system integrators, and end users /li liAnalyze technical issues and deliver effective troubleshooting solutions /li liSupport the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of smart home, building automation, networking,
