Magneti Marelli Parts Services is the commercial division of Marelli, distributing spare parts, automotive components and know-how to workshops through a network of distributors on the independent aftermarket. /p pAs a global yet fast-evolving company, we're looking for team members who want to grow and evolve with us. /p h3bAbout the Position: /b /h3 pWe are looking for a Technical Support Equipment Specialist to join the Technical Equipment team, reporting directly to the Technical Equipment Manager.br/This position is based at our office in Corbetta (MI).br/ /p h3bYour Responsibilities will be: /b /h3 ul liTechnical support via phone and online (ticketing) for workshops affiliated with the Checkstar network and outside the network; /li liAnalysis and management of automotive technical requests, using professional databases (electrical diagrams, procedures, technical documentation); /li liSupport for activation, use, and troubleshooting of diagnostic equipment and workshop tools; /li liContribution to the creation of technical content (Tech Blog, reserved areas, supporting documentation); /li liSupport for the development and validation of technical equipment and software (functional tests, debugging); /li liSecond-level technical support for products and equipment through remote systems for product installation and support, with constant interface towards suppliers and customers; /li liDevelopment and updating of technical and commercial product documentation; /li liDirect work alongside senior staff for skills transfer and technical continuity. /li /ul h3bWhat Qualifications you will bring: /b /h3 ul liEducation: Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering / Mechatronics /li liForeign languages: English (spoken and written) /li liExperience in companies in the sector or companies involved in equipment development and/or technical support in the automotive sector.
