Responsibilities include, but not limited to

- Assisting with the coordination and management of all project phases, including planning, execution, and closeout
- Collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project goals and deadlines are met
- Assisting in preparing project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and updating project documentation
- Supporting procurement efforts, including tracking materials and equipment deliveries
- Helping to manage subcontractor performance and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Conducting site visits to aid with inspections, meetings, and quality control activities
- Helping to address any issues or changes that arise during construction, ensuring timely resolutions
- Preparing and distributing regular project status reports to stakeholders
- Aiding with the project financials,
including invoice approvals and budget tracking
Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.
Experience you'll need
-
- A degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in construction, project management, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Ability to use project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of construction processes, methods, and safety standards
- Ability to work on-site as needed and attend project meetings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
