ph3Role Overview /h3 pGlacier Italia is looking for an experienced bIndustrial Controller /b to join its Finance team and support the performance management of its manufacturing operations across multiple sites. /p pThe ideal candidate has a degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in industrial controlling within complex manufacturing environments, preferably in the FMCG or food industry. /p pThis role offers strong exposure to plant operations, senior management and cross-functional teams, contributing directly to industrial performance analysis, decision-making and business improvement initiatives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupporting the monthly management closing process, including analysis by plant, cost center, production line and product category; /li liMonitoring and analyzing industrial performance across multiple sites, identifying key drivers of variances and operational inefficiencies; /li liOverseeing inventory valuation, stock movements, warehouse valuation methodologies and related controlling activities; /li liPerforming financial analysis of production variances, waste, yields, process losses, labor and overhead absorption and capacity utilization; /li /ul ul liDeveloping, maintaining and harmonizing industrial KPIs and reporting dashboards across plants; /li liPreparing management and plant-level reporting for operational leadership and senior management; /li liLeading budgeting and forecasting activities for the relevant industrial areas; /li liSupporting product costing activities, including standard cost definition, cost updates and variance analysis; /li liSupporting the migration to the new ERP system, JDE, and contributing to the implementation of a new product costing methodology; /li liPartnering with Operations, Supply Chain and Plant Management to identify critical areas,
