We are seeking a Chief of Staff to act as a strategic partner to the leadership team. What you'll be doing 1. Own the company's rhythm of business Track OKR progress across the team and surface risks to LT; Run the company-level planning calendar: QBRs, board meetings, all-hands; Maintain internal documentation and knowledge management systems. 2. Manage Finance & GA Own budget tracking, monthly reporting and variance analysis; Manage statutory compliance,



legal filings and regulatory requirements; Coordinate with external accountants and legal counsel; Support grant applications and public funding processes. 3. Support Investor Relations Prepare investor updates and board packs; Coordinate technical material drafting and presentations. 4. People and Culture Support hiring processes end-to-end: job briefs, candidate pipeline, interview coordination, offers; Manage onboarding, employment contracts, and employee relations; Coordinate performance review cycles and compensation benchmarking. Requirements Ex-management consultant or operator role at a Series A–C startup; Strong in structure, process and written communication; Financially literate: comfortable reading a P& L and managing a budget; Proactive and self-directed; Above all: high agency.
