Role Overview




The BWS Special Projects Unit oversees BWS's long‐standing projects while leading the development and pre‐production of new show formats, emotional master‐planning, and attraction concepts. The unit operates across multiple disciplines, including:
Live events and ceremonies
Ticketed shows, based on original IP
Architecture and design of theatres and public spaces
Temporary and permanent artistic installations and exhibitions
We nurture each project from its earliest conceptual stage, guiding it from an abstract opportunity into a fully realized production. Through a step‐by‐step process, we transform visionary ideas into tangible, impactful experiences.
The Senior Creative Coordinator plays a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of creative project presentations and concept development activities, ensuring alignment across multidisciplinary teams, efficient workflows, and high‐quality outputs.
