The Role As a Structured Finance Specialist , you'll play a key role in executing structured credit transactions across various asset classes. Reporting to the Head of Client Integration, you will collaborate with financial institutions, alternative investors,



and internal teams to deliver data-driven solutions that drive industry transformation. This role offers autonomy and exposure to global stakeholders, providing an opportunity to take ownership and make a significant impact in the alternative investment space. What You Will Do Transaction Analysis – Analyze securitization and asset-based lending structures, extracting key insights from reports, legal documentation, and transaction mechanics to optimize investment strategies. Data Integration & Modeling – Work with large datasets, mapping data sources to Cardo AI's proprietary financial models. Experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar tools is a plus, but training will be provided.
