Experteer Overview In this role you support commercial operations across the EMEA region, ensuring accurate execution of contract, pricing, and related processes. You work closely with Insights, Pricing, Tender & Contracts, Customer Services, Finance, and Sales to maintain data quality and deliver reliable reporting. You will handle contract/tender implementation, master data coordination, and pricing support for adjustments and obsolete items. Your work enables cross-functional teams to operate efficiently and compliant with SOPs. This is an opportunity to contribute to commercial outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Manage contract and tender implementation, including creation and maintenance in the contract management system
Support in-contract price increases aligned with contractual terms and approvals
Coordinate back-office quote and contract processes; ensure up-to-date customer master data and timely documentation
Handle reimbursement follow-up and credit note coordination per approved processes




Assist with price discrepancy follow-up and pricing support for obsolete items or discontinuations
Coordinate customer/distributor data with master data; ensure timely setup in relevant systems
Identify and resolve customer account duplicates in collaboration with Insights and Operations
Prepare and maintain regular commercial reporting and dashboards across EMEA
Responsabilità Bachelor Degree in a related discipline
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Experience in commercial operations, sales support, pricing, or tender operations
Experience supporting cross-functional commercial processes
Proven ability to build relationships with commercial teams in a multi-country/EMEA environment
Hands‐on experience with ERP systems (Oracle), contract management tools (Model N), and CRM systems (Salesforce)
Strong Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or similar tools is an advantage
