We're looking for a highly motivated Destination Manager to join our Supply team as we enter a new phase of growth, with significant international expansion and a growing focus on the US source market. We need a commercially‐ minded manager who can combine strong product judgement, supplier management, and US customer understanding to help scale WeRoad globally and deliver unique, best‐in‐class travel experiences.
Own the commercial and operational performance of a portfolio of destinations and itineraries
Negotiate directly with suppliers and partners to improve margin, quality,



and customer experience
Build and manage relationships with DMCs, direct suppliers, and external travel producers
Analyse product performance and quickly identify opportunities or issues across pricing, demand, quality, and operations
Work cross‐functionally with Sales, Operations, Customer Care, and Finance to scale high‐performing travel products
3+ years of experience in travel product, contracting, buying, or similar commercial roles
Strong English communication skills (business fluency); Italian required. Some Spanish is a plus
Commercial mindset with experience improving performance, margin, or customer experience
Hands‐on and practical approach: able to move from analysis to execution quickly, and comfortable making decisions fast, even with incomplete information
