Position Overview Autograph & Relics Coordinator (full‑time, on‑site, Assago, Italy). The coordinator ensures that the physical components of trading cards—signatures and memorabilia—move seamlessly between partners, athletes, and the warehouse, handling and safeguarding the raw materials of sports history.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate directly with global cross‑functional teams to manage the outbound and inbound shipment of stickers and relics to agencies and players, ensuring athletes receive their items for signing on schedule.
- Manage the end‑to‑end process of receiving and shipping autograph and relic shipments, including printing labels, packing boxes securely, and preparing shipments for dispatch while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
