Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and maintain project schedules for the Project Execution team in the EMEA region, ensuring milestones and contract deadlines are met. You will work closely with regional Project Managers and cross‐functional colleagues to identify risks, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions. You will create, update, and distribute trackers and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed and projects on track. You will support resource allocation and drive continuous improvement in planning processes. This role offers impact across projects at Anaergia's sustainable energy and waste‐to‐resources initiatives, with a focus on timely delivery and collaboration.

Responsibilities Excellent organizational and time‐management skills
Effective communication in Italian and English
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project or Primavera)
Minimum 2–4 years of project scheduling, coordination, or management experience in Italy, preferably in engineering, construction, or related sectors
