Fondazione Hub Innovazione Trentino – European Programme Officer
Fondazione Hub Innovazione Trentino (HIT) is an instrumental entity of the Autonomous Province of Trento, dedicated to technology transfer and innovation.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will support the Transfer Technology and New Enterprise area of HIT, managing technical and operational activities of ongoing European projects, developing new funding opportunities, and participating in European and national networks and partnerships.
Responsibilities
Participate in activities of European-funded projects or national/international networks in which HIT participates.
Technical management of European projects where HIT is beneficiary or coordinator.
Execute tasks and work packages, prepare deliverables, coordinate partner contributions and organize project meetings and events.
Scouting for new project opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Master's degree (or equivalent).
At least two years of operational management and implementation experience of research and innovation projects funded under EU Framework Programme,



European Institute of Technology, or European territorial cooperation programmes.
Familiarity with the full life cycle of European projects.
Problem‐solving skills and ability to work agilely in a challenging context.
Professional level Italian language knowledge.
Professional level English language knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
Project management certification.
Experience with project reporting and administrative management procedures.
Contractual Details
Fixed‐term subordinate contract for 36 months.
Full-time working hours (38 hours per week).
Start date: September 2026 (or soonest).
Collective agreement: Provincial collective agreement for foundation staff (CCPL).
Position level: T4 technologist.
Annual gross salary: from €41 245 in 14 instalments.
