Overview
The Electrical Designer is primarily responsible for the design and testing of industrial electrical systems. Duties include calculating and drafting industrial electrical installations, designing single-line and multi-line power and automation panels, selecting materials based on system requirements and market availability, and identifying suitable alternatives when needed. The role also interfaces and coordinates with on-site personnel and prepares all final documentation for delivery to the client (e.g., cable schedules, coordination tables, declarations of conformity, material reports, etc.). The Electrical Designer oversees the entire design phase of the project.
Responsibilities
- Development of technical documentation (layouts, P&IDs;, etc.).
- Preparation of single-line and multi-line electrical diagrams.
- Compilation of project documentation.
- Selection of electrical materials and components.
- Coordination with on-site teams.
- Coordination with project deadlines and closure timelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or university degree (Electrical Technician, Electrical Engineer).
- At least two years of experience in the field.
- Strong proficiency with IT systems.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems related to industrial equipment and installations.
- Good knowledge of relevant guidelines and both national and international technical standards.
- Solid understanding of industrial processes.
- Proficiency in SPAC Automazione and CAD design software.
- Ability to independently draft technical documentation to support design activities.

Compensation
