Technical Support Engineer – HVAC
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support the development and delivery of tailored HVAC solutions for customers and partners. The role combines strong engineering expertise with customer‑facing engagement, supporting the full lifecycle from technical consultation and solution definition through commissioning and ongoing support.
Working closely with Sales, R&D;, and Product Management, the successful candidate will translate customer requirements into reliable, efficient, and competitive HVAC solutions. This position is based in Belluno and uses a hybrid work model with 2 days per week from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales team to analyse customer technical requirements and propose customised HVAC solutions that are technically robust and commercially competitive.
- Provide technical support during both pre‑sales and post‑sales phases, including application consulting, functional analysis, system configuration, and component selection.
- Support the configuration, commissioning,



and optimisation of HVAC systems at customer sites to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Assist with technical troubleshooting, both remotely and on‑site, and supervise installation and commissioning activities when required.
- Act as a technical interface with R&D; and Product Management, providing field feedback to support product improvements and the development of new solutions.
- Deliver technical training to customers, OEMs, partners, and internal teams on the configuration, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, presentations, and sales support materials to support commercial activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
