The Impact You’ll Have:
- You will own supplier relationships and drive strategic impact through Supplier Strategy Development, benchmarking capabilities against relevant competitors, markets and meaningful should-cost analytics.
- You will create Supplier performance scorecards based on Vendor Rating and cross-functional stakeholder feedback and calibration,



identifying future business opportunities based on Supplier innovation.
- You will define Supplier Strategy in full alignment with Business strategies, covering spend, targets, negotiations, RFX projects and spend pooling, ensuring effective stakeholder communication and involvement throughout execution.
- You will relentlessly drive impact to the bottom and top line through Supplier Performance Development, utilizing negotiation techniques and actively promoting Supplier Development programs.
- You will implement defined negotiation roadmaps, target setting and business reviews, orchestrating Supplier related activities and communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure one consistent Supplier approach.
- You will encourage Suppliers to provide innovation, facilitating and driving early involvement and related decision making.
- You will ensure operational impact through compliance, contract and risk management
