Purpose Support the sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and performance management of logistics service providers for Opex and Capex activities,



ensuring compliant and competitive outcomes for projects and operations. Responsibilities Participate in the sourcing and contracting strategy of services related to Opex and Capex logistics activities. Compile market analysis to understand trends, assess risks and opportunities, and communicate insights to Supply Chain Management. Define, together with Logistics Managers and Project/Operations counterparts, the requirements and scope of services for contracts. Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), including required technical, commercial, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) documentation. Maintain an accurate RFQ tracker (status, milestones, clarifications, evaluations, award recommendations, and proper filing of supporting documentation).
