Job Summary District Manager – Sales (Women's Health) – Northeast Italy, preference for Veneto or Emilia‐Romagna. The role is responsible for supervising and leading a sales field team, ensuring high performance, and driving adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities Work with the National Sales Director Women's Health to contribute to the development of the business plan for the territory based on BU/portfolio strategy.
Lead, coach, and monitor the field force to successfully execute the business plan.
Focus on territory management, communication skill, product knowledge, data analysis, and execution of digital tools and strategy.
Optimize productivity of individuals and the team to deliver results and leverage digital tools and platforms.
Coach and develop talent among the field force.
Plan and organize activities and projects within allocated budget.
Ensure all activities and communications align with company strategy and comply with company policies (Organon's Code of conduct).




Develop and implement key account strategies to expand product presence within targeted accounts.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to deliver patient and business outcomes.
Cooperate with other departments (Medical, Marketing, Commercial, SFE, Training, BD, etc.) to create synergies and enhance Organon image and value.
Provide timely updates and feedback to the National Sales Director Women's Health.
Provide market trend, unmet needs, and opportunity feedback to the internal team.
Train and supervise implementation of Organon's Code of conduct.
Qualifications and Experience Ability to develop and motivate others, lead through change, and deliver on business imperatives.
Strong organizational and analytical skills; analysis of sales data and call reporting.
Experience in project management with demonstrated leadership across peer and customer groups.
Competence in commercial and account management.
Graduated from Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology or related university.
