As Construction Manager, you will supervise and coordinate all suppliers' activities related to prefabrication, fabrication and construction of modules, located in San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD), Italy. You will coordinate the supplier and workers' foremen engaged in construction execution. You will act as a liaison between supplier, contractors and client representatives, ensuring the schedule is executed in safety, quality and time.
Responsibilities

Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
Coordinate and participate in construction process supporting supplier during execution phase, ensuring work is correctly prepared prior to any activity.
Monitor and develop regular redesign of processes due to changes or management needs.
Elaborate process improvement taking into consideration broader functional context.
Assist the site QA/QC team, support them in preparing non-conformance reports and developing corrective actions.
Coordinate with customers' representatives to resolve field problems and with subcontractors to ensure correct communication flow.
