Experteer Overview In this role you drive AI and computer vision initiatives within the AI Robotics team, delivering production‐ready AI/vision solutions for energy systems. You design and optimize algorithms, deploy them across cloud and edge environments, and collaborate with cross‐functional experts to enable safer, more efficient energy production. You will shape how sensors, robotics, and AI intersect on real customer deployments, including international sites. This is a hands‐on leadership role with a strong impact on energy transformation.

Design, implement, and optimize AI and ML algorithms
Develop and deploy computer vision systems for robotic inspection, defect detection, knowledge management, and quality control
Integrate solutions into existing and new energy systems to improve efficiency and safety
Create and implement advanced sensors for data gathering in AI/robotics applications
Develop and test software components per customer/technical requirements




Collaborate to deploy AI and robotics solutions at customer sites

Responsabilità M.Sc. degree in computer science with AI focus (Ph.D. considered a plus)
4+ years of experience in AI, computer vision, generative models, perception
Experience applying AI/vision to hardware/robotics is a plus
Proven ability to initiate and lead collaborations with academia and SMEs
Broad knowledge across computer vision and machine learning; robotics/physical AI a plus
Experience with state‐of‐the‐art deep learning models and pipelines
Experience handling data from various sensors; remote sensing data a plus
Experience integrating sensors on robotic platforms, quadruped robots a plus
