Join us as an Associate Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking, where you will play a key role in supporting Relationship Directors and Corporate Bankers in the management and growth of a portfolio of corporate clients. You will help build and strengthen client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support the delivery of a broad range of banking solutions, including Cash Management, Liquidity, Lending, Trade Finance, Working Capital and Foreign Exchange (FX) products.
Key Accountabilities
Conduct client, sector and market research to support Relationship Directors in identifying growth opportunities and delivering strategic client plans.
Support the management and development of existing client relationships, ensuring a high standard of client service and engagement.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to business development and new client acquisition.
Assist with the onboarding of new corporate clients, ensuring a smooth and compliant client journey.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support the delivery of tailored banking solutions and client outcomes.




Maintain accurate client records and support regulatory and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Fluency in both Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience operating within the Italian regulatory environment and an understanding of regulated activities applicable to corporate banking in Italy.
Experience liaising with and managing documentation requirements involving the Italian Chamber of Commerce and other relevant regulatory bodies.
A solid understanding of corporate banking products, including:
Cash Management
Liquidity Solutions
Foreign Exchange (FX)
Lending and Debt Finance
Trade Finance
Working Capital Solutions
Knowledge of AML, KYC and Customer Due Diligence requirements.
Relationship management and stakeholder management capabilities.
