Experteer Overview As System Designer within the Project Engineering team, you define and validate system architectures for rail solutions, balancing technical risks and interfaces while aligning with the System/Subsystem Roadmap. You collaborate with System Engineers, V&V;, RAM, Safety and project teams to ensure technical fulfilment and reusable solutions. You contribute to baselines, change requests, and design reviews, shaping deployment‐ready systems for greener, smarter mobility. This role offers impact across global projects and cross‐disciplinary collaboration.
Retribuzione / Benefits Develop system documents, specifications and technical documents
Apply the system engineering processes and ensure technical fulfilment of needs
Coordinate with V&V;, RAM, Safety and project teams to maintain technical consistency
Develop generic system applications for validation and manage feedback from verification activities
Minimize deployment cost, lead time and risk through design choices
Contribute to system baselines, analyze and implement change requests
Prepare and participate in design reviews
Contribute to system configuration, requirements management and data preparation for ERTMS and SCMT/SSC
Ensure standardization by reusing solutions and delivering reusable deployment kits
Provide technical support to customers, users, tenders and project stakeholders
Advise SEM/PrEM on recommended development paths and rationale
Understand and apply TIS System Development processes and pursue continuous improvement
Responsabilità Experience in system development and architecture
Ability to define and allocate requirements
Ability to manage interfaces across multiple domains
Experience with design reviews and V&V; support
Familiarity with system baselines and change management
Understanding of ERTMS and SCMT/SSC contexts (rail signaling systems)
Ability to work cross-functionally with System Engineers, Product Designers, Software Designers and safety teams
