Ambienta is looking for a Private Equity Associate to join their Milan team. In this role, you'll support the investment team through various stages of the deal process, from market research to portfolio management. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in finance who is passionate about sustainable investing and wants to make a difference in the industry.
What You'll Do Support the investment team throughout the deal lifecycle.
Conduct market research and analyze trends.
Perform detailed financial analysis and build LBO models.
Assist in due diligence and prepare investment materials.
Contribute to deal structuring and execution.
Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation.
What You Need 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or similar fields.
Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related areas.
Interest in building a long-term career in private equity.
Solid understanding of accounting,



corporate finance, and valuation methods.
Advanced skills in financial modeling and analysis.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
