The project "Assessment Skills in Faculty Development" focuses on the field of studies related to the professional development of university faculty, with particular emphasis on assessment studies and the creation of assessment and self‐assessment tools designed to facilitate the monitoring, reflection, and redesign of university faculty teaching practices. CISDEL—the Integrated Center for Teaching Services and E‐learning—is currently in the process of transitioning into a Teaching and Learning Center and requires a dedicated professional to: develop, design, and analyze the validity and reliability of the PraDIUNI Scale, an observation tool designed to assess and support the professionalism of university faculty; xrdztoy the development, design, adaptation to the Italian context, and analysis of the validity and reliability of the Learning Space Rating System (LSRS) scale, to investigate and support the quality of the teaching environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
