Location and Working Environment
Type of role: full-time permanent. This position is field based in Italy and covers Lombardia Est to be resident as preference in Bergamo and 50% travel is expected, with a preference for the person to be based in Campania, ideally residing in Naples. Some limited, occasional travel in Italy (including overnight stays). Purpose & Scope
As a Product Specialist in Urology, you are responsible for delivering scientific information on assigned Astellas products and executing related marketing activities within your territory. You work closely with the internal team—including the Product Manager, Medical Manager, and Market Access—to ensure all actions align with the company's commercial strategy.

Role And Responsibilities
Visit specialist doctors at hospital facilities in your designated area identified as target figures, with the frequency defined and shared with the direct manager at the beginning of each quarter.
