As HR Business Partner at Nestlé Purina Italy, you will lead the people agenda and drive end-to-end recruitment for a new manufacturing site. You will partner with business leaders to design and execute a scalable hiring strategy that supports installation, startup and ramp-up of a modern, highly automated facility. You will build the site's employer brand within the local community and steer talent management across project phases. Operate effectively in a matrix environment, leveraging influencing and collaboration to achieve results.
