- Tender management
- Preparation, collection, and organization of technical and administrative documentation
- Coordination with internal teams for the development of required content
- Monitoring deadlines and verifying document compliance
- Updating and managing technical documentation to support tender submissions for marketing materials
- Managing and preparing product‑specific documentation
- Acting as an interface with the Tender Office, Product Managers, and Area Managers
- Assessing existing marketing materials and identifying improvements in collaboration with the Marketing Communication team and international marketing
- Organizing the logistics and operations of congresses, events, and company meetings
- Managing materials and communications before and after events
- Planning activities and providing follow‑up
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in planning and monitoring marketing activities
- Operational management of projects and deadlines




- Basic reporting and analysis of completed activities

Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles (operational marketing, tender management, or project support) is preferred
- Excellent organizational and priority‑management skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (CMS, email marketing, social media)
- Knowledge of and experience with artificial intelligence tools (e.G., for content creation, automation, data analysis)
- Basic knowledge of graphic‑design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar) is a plus
- Good command of the English language
