About the role: As an Inbound Market Development Representative (MDR) at Parloa, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers engaging with our brand. You'll play a critical role in converting inbound interest into qualified opportunities for our sales team, and supporting the field marketing team, ensuring every prospect has a thoughtful, high-quality first experience with Parloa.



This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, requiring strong communication skills, curiosity, and a sharp understanding of customer needs. Areas of ownership: Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing channels (web, events, campaigns) Engage prospects via email, phone, and social channels to understand their business challenges and goals Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit, urgency, and buying intent Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) Collaborate closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance Continuously refine messaging and outreach based on prospect insights Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution Who you are: 1+ years of experience in an SDR, MDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred) Strong written and verbal communica
