XTEL is seeking a GRC Analyst to help build and scale a security and compliance program. You will work directly with the Director of Information Assurance to reimagine GRC, improve ISMS operations, and lead audits across ISO 27001 and SOC 2 while supporting ESG initiatives.
You will collaborate with IT, Product, Engineering, and HR to implement controls, monitor obligations, and drive automation. Fluency in English is required, and EU-based hybrid or remote work options are available.
