Experteer Overview In this role you will support the Financial Services Team in Rome to drive business model transformation, process improvement, and digitisation for banking and insurance clients. You will help shape strategic initiatives, operating models, and performance programs that enable large‐scale change and digital adoption. You work cross‐functionally to deliver feasibility studies, market analyses, and complex restructuring or integration projects. Proficient in MS Office
