Experteer Overview Join KPMG's Digital Finance Transformation team in Padua to help CFOs and finance teams redesign processes, implement IT tools, and drive business model transformation. You will work with cross-functional experts in a collaborative environment that values growth and open discussion. The role focuses on planning, reporting, cost accounting, and closing/consolidation, using analytics to support strategic decision‐making. This is a chance to shape finance transformations for leading Italian and international clients.
Retribuzione / Benefits Analyze industry knowledge to capture business requirements across processes and models
Redesign finance‐related processes and enhance IT tools (planning, reporting, product costing, closing/ consolidation)
Design and configure solutions with internal teams or external partners (Power BI, Board, Knime, Alteryx)
Support CFOs and finance functions as a project manager coordinating actors across functions and vendors




Define organizational structure, roles, training plans, and operating framework for digital transformation
Lead or co‐lead transformation projects with international clients and advisory teams
Responsabilità Master in Business Administration or Management Engineering with excellent results
Fluent in English and Italian; study/work abroad preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Controlling Models, Budget & Forecast, Consolidated Financial Statements (Statutory and Managerial)
Experience with Microsoft Power BI; Board and general ERP knowledge considered a plus
