Manage and maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting standards
Support tax compliance, including VAT declarations and local requirements
Drive month-end & year-end closing processes (journal entries, reconciliations)
Deliver financial reports & analysis to support decision-making
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Requirements
~ Native Italian and intermediate English skills
~ Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
~3–5 years of experience (ideally in a multinational or SSC environment)
~ Strong knowledge of financial reporting (IFRS/GAAP)
~ Solid understanding of tax & VAT regulations
~ Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
~ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, analysis tools)
~ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
