Experteer Overview As OT Deployment Lead, you orchestrate a large-scale OT cybersecurity rollout across factories, global functions, and vendors. You drive end-to-end deployment planning, governance, and readiness, aligning local and global priorities to ensure disciplined, timely implementation. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate OT hardware, software, and services, translating strategy into executable plans. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and manage end-to-end deployment plans, including waves and handover to Run & Support
Coordinate OT hardware, software, and tooling deployments, plus global support services
Enforce governance, workflows, auditing, and approvals for disciplined rollout
Track progress, risks, blockers, and decisions with escalation when needed
Serve as coordination point across factories, IT/OT, cybersecurity, and vendors
Drive execution cadences, readiness checkpoints, and align with master project plan




Harmonize local and global priorities to reduce site friction
Provide decision-ready reporting and clear messaging for Global OT management
Maintain communication, persuasive skills, and escalation to translate strategy into plans
Responsabilità Proven experience as OT Project Manager or Digital Transformation Lead in industrial environments
Strong understanding of OT hardware/software and industrial automation tools, plus IT/OT integration
Ability to manage multi-site deployments and coordinate diverse teams and vendors
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management
Experience enforcing governance, workflows, and approvals in large projects
Ability to track progress, risks, and dependencies
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity assessment services is a plus
