products and services Support in developing the business and the intellectual capital of the Reward Practice Requirements Master's degree in economics, Organization, Management, Engineering or similar At least 3/5 years of experience in consulting or in HR functions of medium-large size companies with focus on Rewards and Compensation Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations Proven experience in client facing roles and attitude to collaborate and working with a cooperative approach Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering high-quality consulting services Any experience interacting with C-suite executives would be considered a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Fluency in both Italian and English Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and Outlook) Strong numerical and analyt
