PAC S.r.l. is a fast-growing importer and distributor of Korean and Asian food products in Italy, working across GDO, retail, Ho.Re.Ca., ecommerce and international suppliers.
We are looking for a high‐calibre Strategy & Growth Associate to work directly with the CEO and support the company across strategy, commercial growth, operations and priority projects.
This is a broad, hands‐on role in an agile and entrepreneurial team. The person will act as a trusted right hand to the CEO, helping with the most important priorities of the business at any given time.



The role is not limited to analysis: it requires someone who can think strategically, support sales and commercial initiatives, follow up with customers and suppliers, improve internal processes and execute practical tasks when needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, transaction services, or another demanding analytical business environment. We are looking for someone analytical, practical, commercially minded and willing to get involved across different areas of the company.
