In this role you will lead complex, multi‐tower, multi‐million‐dollar deals from qualification to closure, shaping opportunities, negotiating with top‐level executives, and driving profitable growth for the organization and its clients. Responsibilities Lead end‐to‐end sales activities, from opportunity qualification to final contract negotiation. Develop pricing and commercial strategies in partnership with Kyndryl's pricing experts. Craft winning propositions and structure proposals that meet market demands and customer requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical solutions and document requirements for bid submissions. Own final proposal documents,



presenting technical content and designs in a professional, concise manner. Establish and maintain a robust reporting and governance process to monitor deal success. Standardize pitches across a diverse portfolio of industries and create differentiated propositions aligned with market expectations. Qualifications High level of Public Sector expertise and proven sales techniques. Strong relationships with customers and ecosystem players. Deep knowledge of the Consip Framework Agreements. At least 12 years of experience leading customer negotiations. Fluent in English and Italian. Preferred Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree.
