Job Description As a Radiation Therapy Assistant, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of our radiation oncology department. You will work alongside a specialized team of oncologists, dosimetrists, physicists, radiation therapists, and nurses to ensure our patients receive seamless, high-quality care. Your primary mission is to optimize clinical flow by supporting licensed Radiation Therapists in patient logistics, room preparation, and administrative efficiency.Requirements
- Education: Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology (Required)
- Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred
- Skills: Strong communication, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to empathetic patient care
