Overview We're looking for a Quality Manager to join our team in Bologna, Italy and make sure our work meets the highest standards every step of the way.

you'll look after our Quality Management System, making sure our ways of working meet international standards. This role plays an important part in helping us deliver great products, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and stay true to our promise of doing things the right way.
€Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
Ensure regulatory compliance, certifications, and adherence to quality standards.
Set up and lead Change Control processes, ensuring QA requirements are properly addressed in engineering and process changes.
Prepare, coordinate, and support internal, external, and certification audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.CAPA, 8D, Pareto, Ishikawa) to optimize processes and reduce risks.
Oversee quality documentation, records, and reporting systems.
