What you'll do
- Ensure efficient and smooth execution of company mobility processes (e.g. fleet, travel management)
- Manage full lifecycle of company car fleet, including purchasing, selling, maintenance and handover processes
- Ensure effective cooperation with mobility-related suppliers and service providers
- Plan, control and optimize mobility budget and ensure cost efficiency
- Lead and participate in cross-functional mobility and procurement projects in Baltics




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and act as main point of contact for mobility-related topics
- Follow, update and improve internal processes, track KPIs and prepare reports and presentations

About you
- Higher education in business administration, supply chain, technical or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, procurement or mobility-related role
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or MS Office
- Strong project management skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in international environment is a advantage
- Category B driving licence
