POSITION OVERVIEW Cauridor is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager responsible for expanding the company's international payment and remittance network into Africa. The role focuses on prospecting, negotiating, and securing partnerships with global collection companies and international money transfer operators requiring reliable payment collection and payout services in Africa.
Location: Remote (Worldwide)
Partnership Development
Identify, prospect, and onboard global companies requiring local collections in West and Central Africa
Manage and develop the pipeline of international money transfer operators (MTOs), fintechs, and payment providers requiring payout services into Africa.
Negotiate commercial agreements and service terms with new partners.
Secure payment collection partnerships with global digital platforms and merchants serving customers in Africa, including companies such as:
international betting and gaming platforms
Enable local payment acceptance and settlement solutions through Cauridor's infrastructure.
Market Expansion




Identify new cross-border payment corridors into Africa.
Monitor regulatory developments affecting remittance and payment processing in the region.
Sales Pipeline Management
Build and maintain a robust business development pipeline of international partners.
Conduct outreach, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Track opportunities from lead generation to contract execution.
Strategic Relationship Management
Work closely with internal teams including product, compliance, and operations to ensure successful integration.
Number of new international remittance partners onboarded
Revenue generated from new payment corridors
5+ years experience in business development within payments, fintech, remittance, or banking
