The Industrial Projects Manager is responsible for supporting and leading industrial projects related to process optimization, deployment of new equipment, and implementation of new production lines across Sediver international manufacturing sites.
This role requires a solid understanding of industrial processes, preferably in toughened glass manufacturing, combined with project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and sustainability requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead or contribute to industrial projects (equipment installation, new lines, process improvements)
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria
Manage project planning, scheduling, costs and performance, through strong coordination with cross‐functional teams
Establish technical specifications and List of Requirements for the projects to be implemented
Support industrialization and ramp‐up of new production equipment or lines
Deployment & Implementation
Coordinate installation and commissioning of industrial equipment
Ensure performance testing of industrial equipment before handover to operations
Support knowledge sharing across sites
Cost & Investment Management
Monitor project costs
Contribute to ROI analysis and investment justification
Ensure compliance with safety standards during all project phases
Integrate risk assessments and related measures into project execution
