As a Platform Account Executive for Italy, you join the Platform Specialist Sales team and serve as a trusted advisor to assigned customers. You partner closely with Core Account Executives to unlock the value of Salesforce Platform — including Data Security, Governance, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Agentforce — helping mission‐critical organizations innovate securely and at scale.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a dynamic Territory Plan while collaborating with Core Account Executives to identify and progress Platform opportunities across assigned customers.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders, including C‐level engagement, navigating complex procurement frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, exceeding quota for Platform Cloud products while sharing relevant customer success stories to demonstrate value.
- Enable and align internal teams,



Salesforce Partners, and Consultants to effectively identify, qualify, and progress Platform opportunities in your territory.

Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and navigating complex deal cycles in SaaS, selling into Enterprise accounts.
- Strong knowledge across Data Security, Compliance, Governance, DevOps, and Business Continuity, either through direct sales experience or deep subject‐matter familiarity.
- Strong stakeholder‐management skills and the ability to develop and execute territory strategies independently.
- Fluent in Italian and English.

Preferred Experience
- Prior experience selling into HLS and/or Manufacturing organizations with familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience collaborating in a specialist or overlay sales model alongside core account teams.
