Role Overview The Completions & Well Intervention (CWI) Project Manager is responsible for leading a well construction/completion and/or solutions project(s) for the CWI business. The project manager will be customer-facing and have full accountability for achieving the business development and account objectives, including project P&L.; The role oversees all stages of the project from planning, through operational deployment, and into project closing. - Lead all elements of the project, including all BH products and services, contracted parties, and client interfaces.
- Perform as Project Service Coordinator with the client; nurture the relationship and act as the primary contract manager in conjunction with other managers.
- Take ownership of all aspects of the financial performance of the project, and manage multiple P&L;, segments, products and services across multiple wellsites/rigs.




- Own overall customer deliverables, ensuring Integrated Solutions compliance, financial KPIs, service delivery, and HSE performance.
- Apply Baker Hughes specific group Management System processes and procedures to the project and any mandated software solutions.
- Monitor project HSE performance and lead regular reviews with involved parties.
- Directly manage the Project Management Team and indirectly all other Project assigned personnel.
- Align cross-product line strategies with Integrated or X-PL Solutions project deliverables.
- Promote and drive implementation of Remote Operations and Multiskilling in the projects.
- Guide proficient networking and touchpoints in a matrix organization to ensure sufficient and effective use of supporting resources.
- Ensure timely delivery and execution readiness for operations with PLs and act as escalation point for the SDC's / Project Engineers on assigned projects.
