Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by developing detailed knowledge of the product
Build, develop, and maintain a client database and demonstrate the luxury lifestyle in everything you do
Resolve customer complaints promptly
Replenish stock and support the team in stock takes
Participate in and present Jimmy Choo during promotional events and other activities
Contribute ideas and suggestions that will support the store's performance
